The trainee undergoes a basic manual skills course as a theoretical foundation, which also contains more advanced content. Particular emphasis is placed on the correct execution of manual skills and care in machine operation.

- Initial training in basic skills such as reading drawings and workplace safety
- Behaviour in everyday work
- Marking and punching according to drawings
- Manual work such as filing, sawing, deburring
- Drilling with the pillar drilling machine; accident prevention regulations; machine operation;
- Clamping of various workpieces
- Thread cutting by hand
- Reaming (by hand/machine); basic hole system; testing
- Requests for content tailored to specific needs are welcomed.
Duration
Approx. 4 weeks depending on previous knowledge and agreed level of expertise.
