The first day of their working life:

29 young professionals start work at teamtechnik

29 young people took their first steps in their professional careers at teamtechnik in Freiberg on September 2nd. Alongside eleven of the company's own trainees and one DHBW (Baden-Württemberg Cooperative State University) student, 17 trainees from local companies also completed their basic training at teamtechnik, the automation specialist, which has its own training center with a modern machine park. There, trainees can complete their professional qualifications in industrial mechanics, electronics, mechatronics or as IT specialists.

These future specialists had already got to know each other during their final days at school. Before the summer vacation, the education team invited them to a day-long event, together with their parents, so they could all meet each other. They were able to get to know their instructors and their future colleagues. "Everything here is really well organized and everyone is super nice. It was a great start to my course", said Aaron Fißler, who's looking forward to the next step in his adult life. teamtechnik's training team, Selina Heinrich, Benjamin Striegel and Marcel Rütten will guide these young professionals along their way. "We really want these young people to develop to their full potential. To do this, we're ready to give them all the support they need, both professionally and as colleagues", stated Marcel Rütten, the Training Manager. And this strategy pays off: around 80 percent of the trainees will stay with teamtechnik after completing their qualifications.
