Short development times and many type variants represent a major challenge for the automotive industry. The preparation time required for the industrialization of production is becoming ever shorter. With its ‘Sequential Product Analysis’ method, teamtechnik has adopted the simultaneous engineering approach in order to achieve sustainable and reliable production for its customers more rapidly.

This consists of the following phases:

  • Analysis of relevant parameters
  • Construction of a matrix based on product properties and the requirements of production
  • Matching of the requirements matrix with teamtechnik's platforms and experience
  • Configuration of the production system using simultaneous engineering on the basis of the modular platform and software concept
